Role: Car Sales Executive | Location: Carlisle | Salary: 30k basic – 45k OTE + Car + Benefits | Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 6.00; Saturday 8.30 – 5.00; Sunday 12.00 – 4.00 (working a 6 day week) – One full weekend off every month Responsibilities
Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines Candidate profile / Qualifications
Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to apply
