This includes unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory against purchase orders, stocking shelves, retrieving items for customer orders, and packaging them for shipment. You'll also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Teamwork is vital, and you'll collaborate with fellow associates to meet daily goals. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and procedures to ensure you have the knowledge needed to excel. Understanding basic logistics principles is beneficial. We uphold the highest standards of Safety, requiring all associates to adhere to procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Be prepared for significant Lifting and physical activity throughout your shift. This role is foundational to our overall logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
