Join our bustling distribution center in Orlando, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This is a dynamic role where you'll play a key part in getting products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for a range of activities including picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order slips or system data.
- Inspect picked items for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Receive and sort incoming inventory, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Stage completed orders for shipment and verify carrier information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all Safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions and significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is a plus.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and following all company policies.
- Willingness to operate various warehouse equipment.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE .
