Our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Must be capable of performing frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
