Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
- Assist with shipping and loading activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Strong understanding of basic logistics and warehouse principles.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting.
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
