As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, always wearing appropriate PPE.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Willingness to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including sustained lifting.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
