Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, palletizers).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with warehouse machinery.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including material handling and inventory checks.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to improving warehouse processes and workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or electrical systems preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and wearing required PPE.
