We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to contribute to our bustling **Logistics** hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse inventory and meticulously preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your precision and speed are essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with pick lists and/or RF scanners to locate and retrieve products, verifying quantities and item details at each step. Collaboration with other warehouse staff, including forklift operators and shipping clerks, is key to a smooth and cohesive workflow. A strong commitment to **Safety** is paramount; you must strictly follow all warehouse **Safety** guidelines and consistently use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and responsible for **Lifting** items up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is beneficial, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. You will be an integral part of our **Logistics** success. Key responsibilities include: accurate picking of products based on order requirements, careful and efficient packing of items to prevent damage during transit, application of shipping labels and documentation, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your workstation, and assisting with inventory cycle counts as needed.
