Seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our Houston, Texas facility. This position plays a key role in our e-commerce logistics chain, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
