Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy distribution center in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our warehouse. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. This is a dynamic role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively within a team.   • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory.
  • Stage products for shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Contribute to team efforts and meet performance goals in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
