OGN Tech is searching for a Professional Services Lead to assist in driving technical projects and initiatives forward for their vast client base.
The Professional Services Manager at OGN Tech, LLC is a critical role responsible for the successful execution of internal and client projects outside of recurring contracts. This position combines project management expertise, technical proficiency, and client relationship management skills to ensure project profitability and efficiency while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, the Professional Services Manager provides Tier 3 support for escalated tickets from the service desk.
*\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\**
*1. \*\*Project Management:\*\**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and client projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Utilize project management tools, particularly Autotask, to accurately track project progress, time, and milestones.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and enforce a Change Control process to prevent scope creep, modify project deadlines or milestones, and address significant changes to the project plan.
- Create Project Templates and work with Centralized Services to automate recurring tasks or develop workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
*2. \*\*Client Relationship Management:\*\**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining regular communication to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs, expectations, and goals, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or upsells to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
*\*\*Qualifications:\*\**
*- Primary projects: *Office 365 email migrations. SharePoint, Intune, Azure, Entra migrations are also common.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the managed services or IT industry.
- Strong technical background, with experience in a Tier 2 support role.
- Proficiency with project management tools, particularly Autotask.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
