Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discounts Flexible schedule We are seeking a Sales Associate that is energetic, kind, and sales driven. We are a membership-based spa that offers massages and facials at an affordable rate. We compensate $16.5/hour and $10 in commission for every membership sold. Commission can make up between $100-$200 extra per pay check. We are seeking individuals that have open availability and have a drive to work. We have between 20 and 31 hours available for this position. Qualifications and Requirements: Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and suggest applicable and relevant upgrades. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and regular facial treatments Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Retail/Sales Experience Preferred Computer knowledge & Efficient Typing Speed Perform various other duties as assigned Benefits We Offer: Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses Abundant leadership opportunities Employee discounts Contests
