Pricing and Customer Service Analyst

We are a leading logistics company that offers import, export, customs, and trucking and warehousing solutions.

We are currently looking for an energetic and well-rounded Pricing and CSR Analyst to join our growing organization. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that customer expectations are met.

Individual must have EXPERIENCE in Import/Export operations.

Additional Essential Job Functions:

• Effectively handle pricing for ALL modes.
• Manage FTL and LTL trucking rates requests from new customers.
• Expert with pricing tools and databases
• Review pricing requests as requested and offer rates based on market trends for each mode/trade zone
• Analyzed changes in market conditions such as capacity, competition, schedules, and fares to develop, implement and track appropriate pricing strategies
• Must be able to handle multiple requests at the same time
• Must be able to handle the import process and assist the team when needed.
• Must be able to respond to sales pricing quotes and help with admin duties.
• Utilize logistics knowledge and experience to support and manage freight pricing
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to specific requirements

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year experience in International Freight Pricing or Procurement
• Must have 1 year experience working for an International Freight forwarder
• Analytical skills related to supply chain, logistics, and transportation
• Highly focused and accurate with an eye for detail
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Communicate accurately and in a fast-paced, team environment
• Computer literate and able to adapt to using in-house computer systems

IN OFFICE HOURS 8am-5pm. Monday- Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
