Construction Carpenter

Poseidon Restoration is hiring 1–2 experienced Construction Carpenters to join our growing rebuild division. This role focuses on insurance restoration rebuilds following water, fire, and mold losses.

Job Responsibilities

• Framing, drywall, trim, paint, and finish carpentry
• Flooring, doors, cabinetry, and punch-list completion
• Light demo and rebuild following mitigation work
• Work alongside Crew Chiefs and Project Managers
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience
• Strong carpentry and finish skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred (Not Required)

• Insurance restoration experience
• Drywall finishing or trim carpentry specialization
• Leadership potential (path to Crew Chief available)
