Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of electrical system design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest safety standards. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and utilize your extensive electrical engineering expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), safety standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, system designs, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation.
  • Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment using construction estimating techniques; ensure timely delivery of all project components.
  • Utilize software tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, progress tracking, and quality assurance inspections.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones; facilitate effective project scheduling and coordination efforts.
  • Ensure all work aligns with industry standards including NEC regulations while maintaining strict adherence to project specifications.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing electrical construction projects within a construction management or heavy civil environment.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering principles with hands-on construction site experience in electrical systems installation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid; familiarity with Schematics reading is essential.
  • Knowledge of system design processes for electrical infrastructure including power distribution, lighting systems, control systems, and schematics interpretation.
  • Experience in contract management including drafting, reviewing contracts and change orders related to electrical work.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $75, $95,511.29 per year
