About The Role
The Junior Full Stack Developer role at Harmonia Holdings Group offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about software development and innovative technology solutions. As a key member of a fast-paced Agile DevOps team, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. This position involves collaborating within a scrum team to analyze software requirements, architect solutions, and implement robust full-stack applications supporting user interfaces, REST APIs, and data access layers. The role requires a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software that meets client needs and project standards. This is a remote, full-time position that provides a platform for professional growth within a supportive and innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship and a minimum of a Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology focusing on development projects, DevSecOps, and application development
  • Strong development and design experience (minimum 1 year) deploying enterprise applications on AWS
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot and JPA
  • Proficiency in frontend UI development with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience developing data access layers with relational database schemas using JPA
  • Web-based full-stack development experience
  • Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose environments
  • Ability to write automated tests including unit, integration, functional, accessibility (508), performance, and end-to-end tests
  • Experience utilizing CI/CD tools for build, testing, security, and deployment processes
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a fast-paced Agile DevOps environment, collaborating within scrum teams to deliver software solutions
  • Analyze software requirements and assist in designing scalable, efficient solutions
  • Perform software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation of full-stack applications
  • Support the development of user interfaces, REST APIs, and data access layers to ensure seamless functionality
  • Ensure all developed software passes through and completes stages within the CI pipeline
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
  • Maintain and update existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various system components and ensure system security
  • Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability across different testing stages
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development practices as appropriate
