JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Analyst with hands-on experience in legacy system replacement projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business objectives and technical solutions-assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
The Business Analyst must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Translate business needs into requirements for a technical audience, including creating user stories, synthesizing use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting feature overviews
- Work within a cross-functional team to ensure the solutions meets business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in and support interactions with clients to collect business requirements and drive product adoption
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional and technical designs.
- Serve as a point of contact for product feature clarification and internal consulting.
- Support stakeholders in defining business objectives and value to effectively prioritize the product backlog
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems and workflow development projects
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Ability to work closely with multiple subject matter experts
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation

- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, writing, and information gathering.
- Ability to facilitate JAD sessions and one-on-one meetings with User(s), work independently on strategic issues with stakeholders, effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans and facilitates testing according to plan in support of UAT.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in Pension Administrations
- Experience with Salesforce configuration
- Scrum experience
- Product Owner experience
