Server – Part-Time

Weston Lakes Country Club | Fulshear, TX

Weston Lakes Country Club is currently seeking part-time Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in hospitality, professionalism, and consistency in a country club environment.

Servers will work both AM and PM shifts, supporting dining room service and club events. This role requires strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our members and guests.

Pay & Schedule

• $8.00 per hour + tips
• Part-time
• AM and PM shifts available
• Dining room service and special events included

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, professional service to members and guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and polished manner
• Assist with setup and breakdown for dining service and events
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table presentation
• Follow all club service standards and policies

Requirements & Expectations

• Punctuality is required — arriving on time for scheduled shifts is essential
• Strong attendance record — reliability is a must
• Adherence to dress code and grooming standards at all times
• Availability to work holidays and club events is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred (country club experience a plus)
