Seamless Exteriors is expanding and looking for a top-performing Roofing Sales Closer to join our high-energy team. If you're tired of low-quality leads, capped commissions, or home improvement companies that don't value strong sales professionals, this role offers a true path to six-figure earnings.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in roofing sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, in-home sales presentations, storm restoration sales, or insurance restoration sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with homeowners
• Close high-quality, pre-set roofing appointments
• Generate additional leads (referrals, neighborhood canvassing, networking) to maximize commission
• Build a robust sales pipeline through follow-up, rehash, and relationship selling
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and project scope
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Proven success in roofing sales, home improvement sales, solar sales, HVAC sales, car sales, or other high-ticket closing roles
• Strong closing ability with a competitive, money-driven mentality
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful but not required — top closers can learn the industry quickly
