Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using Eaglesoft or eClinicalWorks.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process patient intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office environment is preferred.
