Job Overview

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
• Manage cash handling and perform cashiering duties accurately
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area in accordance with sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is a plus
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
