Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing expertise in food preparation, production, and safety. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences while managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Duties

• Brunch chef, that can create his own menu, prep ingredients, and cook the food on Weekends.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Implement and uphold food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective team management.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and food safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifts effectively while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent culinary skills with an emphasis on food production and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
