What You'll Do:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—in person and over the phone
• Schedule and manage appointments with efficiency and accuracy
• Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Support therapists and clinical staff with daily operations
• Foster a welcoming environment that reflects the compassionate care we provide

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare reception, patient scheduling, or medical office coordination (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic office software
• A team player who is proactive and enjoys helping others
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and empathy
