SHIFT LEAD – A&W Restaurants (Inside Walmart)

Starting at $15/hr — quickly increasing to $18/hr with proven performance

We're growing fast and looking for a high-energy, reliable, hands-on Shift Lead to join our A&W team If you've got restaurant or fast-food experience, love working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading a team through busy rushes, we want to meet you.

Pay Progression

• Week 1: $15/hr
• Week 2: $16/hr
• Week 3: $17/hr
• After 4 weeks of proven hard work & reliability: $18/hr

We reward effort, attitude, consistency, and results.

Position Details

• Part-Time: 2–3 shifts per week
• Additional shifts available after training or depending on store needs
• Hands-on job supporting the GM and AGM
• Located inside Walmart (Rapid City)

Your Responsibilities

• Support the GM/AGM on their days off
• Lead shifts with confidence
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• Uphold A&W standards and systems every shift
• Provide outstanding guest service and ensure every order is accurate & fresh
• Help drive sales by keeping service fast, friendly, and consistent
