Start the new year working with us as our new Office Manager. We are a Small Rockville family-owned law firm with a fast-paced Civil Litigation practice, close to the metro. Our Office Manager has been with the company for eight years and is available for a seamless, in-depth transition and training period.

Primary Job Responsibilities: (included but not limited to )

  • Full Charge Bookkeeping with experience using QuickBooks financial software
  • Administration of general ledger, preparation of financial reports for attorneys, handling Accounts Payable, Receivable, ADP payroll, & reconciliation of
