The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers supporting both RVMP and Flex Security brands. This role combines customer-facing support with accurate order entry and order management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing customer communication with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to RVMP products, services, and Flex Security monitoring solutions
- Provide professional support via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Accurately enter, process, and maintain customer orders in internal systems
- Verify order details including pricing, quantities, shipping information, and customer data
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, monitoring, technical support, sales) to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Assist customers with order status, changes, cancellations, and returns
- Accurately document all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions
- Escalate complex or time-sensitive issues appropriately while ensuring follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RVMP and Flex Security products, policies, and procedures
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts, billing inquiries, and service documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and order accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data and order entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, data entry, email, and basic software systems
- Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio on a consistent basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with order entry, ERP, CRM, or order management systems
- Experience supporting technology, security, or service-based products
- Experience working in RV or specialty vehicle industries
Expected hours: 40 per week
