Technical Implementation Specialist (AI & Cloud Solutions)

Role Summary

The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding clients onto our AI solutions by configuring environments, setting up user access, integrating APIs, and deploying solutions on AWS. This role acts as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and repeatable implementations. This position requires hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and basic DevOps practices, along with strong communication skills for client-facing technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Configuration

  • Provision and configure client environments on AWS (dev, staging, production as applicable)
  • Set up user accounts, roles, and permissions within the AI platform
  • Configure authentication methods (SSO, API keys, IAM roles, etc.)
  • Validate client-specific configurations and deployment readiness

API & Integration Setup

  • Connect and configure third-party APIs (e.g., CRMs, document systems, data sources, LLM providers)
  • Manage API credentials, secrets, and environment variables securely
  • Validate data flows between client systems and the AI solution
  • Troubleshoot integration issues during and after deployment

Cloud & Deployment Support

  • Deploy AI services and supporting infrastructure on AWS
  • Configure services such as:
  • EC2, ECS, or EKS
  • Lambda
  • S3
  • RDS / DynamoDB
  • API Gateway
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for deployments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Monitor deployments and assist with production readiness checks

Security, Compliance & Reliability

  • Implement AWS IAM policies and least-privilege access controls
  • Ensure secure handling of client data and secrets
  • Assist with compliance-related configurations (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, etc., as applicable)
  • Support logging, monitoring, and alerting setup (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)

Documentation & Handover

  • Create and maintain implementation documentation and runbooks
  • Document client-specific configurations and integrations
  • Support knowledge
