Position Overview

We are seeking a Carpentry & Siding Laborer to join our field team. We prefer candidates with hands-on experience in carpentry and/or siding, but we are willing to train the right individual who shows strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow in the trades.

This is a fast-paced role where daily tasks may change based on project needs. If you enjoy variety, working with your hands, and learning new skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carpentry, siding, and exterior construction projects
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Follow jobsite safety standards and company procedures
• Work alongside lead carpenters and project supervisors
• Perform general labor and jobsite cleanup
• Adapt to shifting daily priorities and project scopes

Requirements

• Some hands-on experience in carpentry, siding, or construction required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• MUST submit both a resume AND a cover letter to be considered

Schedule & Expectations

• Monday–Friday work schedule
• Occasional weekends as needed (not frequent)
• Full-time, year-round work
