Tru by Hilton Sumter is seeking two dependable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our team. This role is for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. Hotel experience is not required but preferred. Customer Service experience is a MUST. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with various front desk operations, including reservations and payments.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
- Be flexible and adaptable as needed.
Requirements:
- Dependability is a must; reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-starter.
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 32.0 per week
Work Location: In person
