As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines, focusing on growing sales within your territory, building lasting customer relationships, and providing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Promote and sell Youngblood Automation's products, systems, and services, focusing on both new opportunities and existing clients.
  • Customer Solutions: Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and services to solve their challenges.
  • Prospect & Build Relationships: Identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing relationships across all levels of organizations.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate market trends and insights to the Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Vendor Partners.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely flow of quotations and meet customer demands.
  • Strategic Planning: Set up sales visits, customer action plans, and activities to hit sales and profit targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A proven background in selling Automation Equipment & Components (preferred), value-added sales, and technical applications.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A passion for providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic CAD, and business operational software.
