What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Concept, capture, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that highlight food, drinks, events, and the overall Rock & Brews vibe
- Pitch creative ideas weekly based on trends, restaurant happenings, and brand goals
- Film in restaurants, at events, and behind the scenes with our teams
Social Media + Trendspotting
- Stay dialed into what's trending — viral sounds, formats, creators, challenges
- Work with the Marketing Director/Manager to develop content calendars and storytelling angles
- Help keep our channels fresh, fun, and on-brand
On-Camera Presence
- Be comfortable being featured in videos, narrating content, or capturing others
- Help bring a personality-forward approach to our social channels
Community Interaction
- Help engage with our audience through comments, messages, and trend-centered conversations
- Support building a lively, loyal community across TikTok and Instagram
Brand & Competitor Insight
- Conduct research on competitor trends, menu innovations, local influencers, and social strategies
- Identify opportunities for Rock & Brews to jump into cultural moments
Local Store Marketing Support
- Capture content and assist with on-site promotions, events, and community initiatives
- Help brainstorm and produce localized content that drives traffic and excitement
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for creating content (especially short-form video)
- A strong creative eye and basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or in-app tools)
- Confidence on-camera and the ability to tell a story
- Interest in food, music, entertainment, and hospitality culture
- A self-starter who can handle fast, fun, high-energy environments
- Someone who wants to learn, grow, and build real portfolio pieces
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- A flexible mindset that allows you to pivot quickly when trending opportunities arise
Logistics
- Approximately
15 hours/week - In-office + in-restaurant
for filming and hands-on experience
