Job description:

We're looking for experienced Site Technician-Finishers to join our construction company. Our team Builds ADUs, Builds custom homes, Handles Partial and Full remodels, and handles various types of development projects. We're looking to bring on a couple crew members as our company continues to rapidly grow. Positions range from $25/hr to $50+/hr depending on experience. At least 2-5 years of general labor in the construction industry is preferred.

Job Description:

• Assist in all phases of construction projects, including site preparation, framing, rough-in, finishing, and clean-up.
• Load and unload building materials, operate hand tools, and power equipment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures on construction sites.
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Knowledge in any of the following areas:

• Demo
• Drywall
• Insulation
• Framing
• Flooring and trim installation
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Window installation
• Door installation
