We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Product Manager Omnichannel, responsible for leveraging Twilio to drive business results and conversions.
This position is available as a full-time role at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).
Your tasks
Leverage Twilio to create a personalised omnichannel experience, driving business results, optimizing workflows, and enhancing profitability.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and technical solutions.
Own and prioritize the Twilio product backlog, aligning it with business value, ROI, and strategy.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
Collaborate with Twilio engineers to develop new features and integrations based on feedback and business needs.
Monitor platform health, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption.
Stay updated on Twilio’s new features, assessing their impact for potential implementation.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Twilio Product Manager/Owner.
Strong understanding of omnichannel products and the Twilio ecosystem; relevant certifications are a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, translating business requirements into technical solutions with data-driven and user-centered approaches.
Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience in agile teams.
Strong problem-solving skills focused on user-centered solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation skills, and fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced teams.
