*APRS Physical Therapy* is a one-hundred percent therapist owned, outpatient clinic with two locations in Bozeman, MT. We are a well-established clinic with deep roots in the Bozeman area that extend back to our founding in 1981. APRS offers a wide variety of skillsets to the community including sports medicine, orthopedics, vestibular rehab and occupational health. Our therapists enjoy modern clinic spaces with a laid-back atmosphere and an active and engaging patient population.
*Job Description:*
APRS Physical Therapy has an immediate need for a full or part-time orthopedic physical therapist capable of assessing and effectively treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions in Bozeman, MT. This individual needs to be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on providing high quality, evidence-based interventions that improve the lives of their clients.
*Qualifications:*
· Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Master's or Doctorate
· Active Physical Therapy License in MT or will apply if relocating
· Team player with a strong work ethic
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
· New graduates are welcome to apply
*Responsibilities*
* Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive examinations.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history.
* Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
* Educate patients and their families on care plans, discharge planning, and home health strategies.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in various settings, including outpatient and acute care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

*Salary:*
The salary range for this position is $78,000- $95,000. This salary varies based on relevant experience, skillset, professional certifications, and other job-related qualifications. Additional benefits such as quarterly profit sharing become available after an initial probationary period. APRS is open to alternate payment models.
