*Pelvic Health Physical Therapist opportunity:* 1:1 pelvic floor care, no insurance barriers, no authorizations, no excessive paperwork—just patient-centered pelvic health and results-focused patients.
At *Lilly Physical Therapy*, we specialize in *high-level Pelvic Health and Women’s Health Physical Therapy*. We are an *out-of-network, concierge pelvic floor physical therapy clinic* where clinicians practice *1:1 care*, free from insurance limitations and micromanagement—allowing full focus on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
We are selectively growing our team and seeking a *Pelvic Health Physical Therapist / Pelvic Floor PT* who values excellence, growth, and meaningful patient relationships.

*The Role*
You will deliver *Pelvic Health & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy* using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach with *advanced clinical tools at your disposal. *Thisincludes SoftWave Therapy, diagnostic and rehabilitative ultrasound, electromagnetic field therapy, cold laser therapy, red light therapy, pessary fitting combined with advanced manual therapy and exercises.
*Comprehensive training is provided* to ensure confidence and excellence across all programs and modalities. You will practice pelvic health *free from insurance-driven constraints*, selecting the right tool at the right time to achieve optimal outcomes.
You are expected to *collaborate with a high-performing clinical team*, build strong patient trust and loyalty, and consistently *elevate care through exceptional, patient-centered treatment*.
*Who You’ll Serve*
You’ll treat individuals with:
* Pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause related conditions
* Pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, constipation)
* Pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction
* Orthopedic and movement-based contributors to pelvic health conditions
Care is collaborative, evidence-based, and integrated with orthopedic and performance rehab.
*Who You Are*
* Licensed *Physical Therapist* (or license-eligible) in Washington State
* Pelvic floor training through *APTA Pelvic Health, Herman & Wallace, or equivalent*
* *1–3+ years of pelvic health / pelvic floor physical therapy experience*
*OR* a strong newer graduate with advanced pelvic health training (PF1 and PF2)
* Confident communicator who values patient connection
* Growth-minded, accountable, and collaborative
*Preferred (Not Required):*
* PRPC or WCS
* Strong orthopedic/manual therapy background
* Interest in treating both male and female pelvic floor conditions

* *Compensation ranges from $95,000–$145,000 annually*, based on experience, caseload independence, and outcomes
