I’m recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading
Salesforce Partner , who is looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about building elegant Salesforce solutions that make a tangible difference. As a
Senior Salesforce Developer , you’ll design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across
Sales Cloud ,
Service Cloud , and
Marketing Cloud , working directly with clients to deliver best-practice builds. You’ll have the chance to own your projects from start to finish and, over time, step up into a leadership role managing a small team of talented developers. What you’ll be doing
Design, develop, and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and ensure seamless performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code following Salesforce best practices. Partner closely with customers to gather requirements and present technical solutions. Support and mentor other developers, helping the team grow in capability and confidence. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. What you’ll bring
Strong
Salesforce development background
with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Solid understanding of
Salesforce architecture and design principles . Proven experience working across
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud , with some exposure to
Marketing Cloud . Confidence working in a
client-facing environment , with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
are required; architect-level or additional certifications are a bonus. Active involvement in the
Salesforce community
(e.g., posts or shares on LinkedIn) is highly desirable. Must be
UK-based
with full right to work in the country. What’s on offer
