We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This position is integral to our logistics operations, involving the handling, storing, and shipping of goods. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Join us and become a key player in our supply chain. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse functions. This includes operating material handling equipment, managing inventory accuracy through regular checks, and ensuring that all orders are processed correctly. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets. We offer comprehensive training on our warehouse management systems and specific operational procedures. Understanding of basic logistics concepts is a plus. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a key responsibility. Safety is paramount; therefore, you are required to strictly follow all Safety guidelines and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Expect to engage in regular Lifting and physical tasks. Your diligence ensures the integrity of our logistics flow.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare goods for outgoing shipment and stage them appropriately.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
