Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items efficiently and accurately.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized distribution center, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets and ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Perform tasks that require consistent physical effort and lifting.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, and bending for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are helpful. Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE is mandatory.
