In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time. Your duties will include picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This position is central to our e-commerce logistics and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. You will work with warehouse management systems and various pieces of equipment to ensure smooth operations. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. We place a high emphasis on safety, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize the necessary PPE at all times. This role involves considerable standing, walking, and may require occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process outgoing shipments and prepare documentation.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Perform tasks that may involve lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to overall logistics and fulfillment efficiency.
