In this role, you will handle a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll be operating essential warehouse equipment and contributing to the efficient flow of goods. A strong focus on Safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the ability to handle significant Lifting are key requirements. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols.
- Capability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all PPE requirements.
