You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed. Our commitment to safety is paramount; all team members must strictly adhere to established safety protocols and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent Lifting of items, typically up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking and packing is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
