Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage stock accuracy in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Track the movement of inventory within the facility.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Assist in organizing stock and ensuring proper storage methods.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics and supply chain best practices.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE.
