Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process and label shipments for various carriers, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE and workplace safety.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues in achieving operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear all necessary PPE for the role.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
