Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Process and label shipments for various carriers, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition before shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE and workplace safety.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues in achieving operational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to wear all necessary PPE for the role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
