Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and storage locations efficiently and systematically.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
  • Follow all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Support the overall logistics workflow and team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks throughout the shift.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a logistics team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
