Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Stock shelves and storage locations efficiently and systematically.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
- Follow all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Support the overall logistics workflow and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a logistics team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
