Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Adhere to safe lifting techniques and physical workload management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support various logistics operations as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good physical stamina and endurance for a demanding role in logistics.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
