We are actively recruiting Warehouse Workers for our busy facility in Columbus, Ohio. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires energy, efficiency, and a commitment to teamwork. You will be an essential part of our logistics team, ensuring that products move smoothly through our facility to reach their final destinations. The job involves significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Prioritizing safety is paramount, and all employees are required to strictly follow our safety protocols and wear the designated PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE .
