Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to contribute to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to Safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Familiarity with logistics concepts is beneficial.
