We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Austin, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are handled with care and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will work closely with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be expected to follow all guidelines regarding lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE. Our operations are centered around efficiency and safety in all logistics activities.
