Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse is seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our vital logistics team. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring the efficient movement and management of goods. You will be involved in a wide range of duties, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders, and preparing items for dispatch. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, emphasizing teamwork and operational excellence. This position requires physical exertion, including regular lifting, and strict adherence to safety standards and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring quality and protection.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse spaces.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Comply with all company safety policies, including correct PPE usage and safe lifting procedures.
- Support broader logistics initiatives and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Good time management skills.
- Understanding of logistics processes is a plus.
