Our Denver, Colorado facility is seeking a reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will play an integral part in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping completed orders. You'll be responsible for various tasks, including picking and packing products, processing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety. This position involves significant physical activity, including lifting and moving products, and requires the consistent use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and PPE.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of logistics principles is beneficial.
